I could, but the problem is that wouldn't help me in my current position. Our firewall policies preclude me from doing anything but passive ftp transfers. What I really need is for ftp.gnupg.org to change their policies, or an alternate mirror. Luckily, a local fink user fired me a copy of the tarball, but I can see this coming up again in the future... <sigh>.
