I'm trying to install gimp by entering "fink install gimp" into the command line.
Eventually, I get the following: curl -L -O ftp://gimp.cs.stevens- tech.edu/mirrors/gimp/gimp/v1.2/v1.2.2/gimp-1.2.2.tar.gz ^C### curl failed, exit code 2 Downloading the file "gimp-1.2.2.tar.gz" failed. (1) Give up (2) Retry the same mirror (3) Retry another mirror from your country (4) Retry another mirror How do you want to proceed? [3] 1 Failed: file download failed for gimp-1.2.2.tar.gz of package gimp-1.2.2-4 Naturally, I try the other options, however, none seem to work. Q: Is there another way to download the gimp tar.gz file for fink to install, or edit fink in order to curl a different site?
