Well I for one can't get xscreensaver to do anything. I can change some
settings, but testing them does nothing and trying to use it just falls
back to the default Apple screensaver (which is much less fun than BSOD
as a screensaver, donchathink? :)

It's not like a diminished quality-of-use issue, so I've never brought it
up before, but no I haven't been able to get any X11 screensavers working.
So. If the only reason to require gnome-games is that it is needed for X
screensavers, but X screensavers don't work anyway, then why bother? Can't
both be removed in that case, or is that a slippery slope there...?
