Sourceforge.net changed their setup in a big way, a week or two ago.  All
of the fink package descriptions which specify downloads from sourceforge
were then modified to be compatible with sourceforge's new setup.  To
update your package descriptions to the new ones, run "fink selfupdate-cvs".
