What do you mean by "console-only"? The interface in the screenshots at http://www.mathworks.com/programs/mac/index.shtml http://www.mathworks.com/programs/mac/images/matlab_curvefittool600.gif http://www.mathworks.com/programs/mac/images/matlab_simulink600.gif looks pretty much like what you get on linux or any other Unix. If you mean by console-only that it can only be run locally on the box you are logged in on and running the Finder, then I don't think you are right. It uses Xfree86 for its gui, so you can always forward the output to another machine. Unless, of course, they impose some fascist license manager that prevents this. -- Martin ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ Fink-users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/fink-users
