Actually, my advice yesterday was rather cheap ;-) To follow it, you 
would have had to copy the qcad info file from the 10.1 tree over to 
your 10.2/local/main/finkinfo and then try to rebuild it.

But this was yesterday. In the meantime, some silent but hardworking 
(much harder than I) gnomes put the qcad package into the 10.2 tree.

Learn about who to thank by doing

cd /sw/fink
cvs log 10.2/unstable/main/finkinfo/graphics/qcad-1.4.7-5.info

Yes. Well, sometimes you may have to say "fink index" to flush out some 
old information from the cached data base. But this was not your situation.

The safest way is to hunt down the deb file (supposing your locate data 
base is up to date, "locate qcad |grep deb") and look at its date stamp.

You must have built it before under 10.1 (or got it as binary via 
dselect or apt-get, but I don't think it existed in the 0.4.0 binary 
ditribution).
