I'm running both Mozillas. The XWindows installed through fink which I did last night, as well as the regular Mozilla for OSX. I typically download that one from a nightly build every other weekend. I can think of lots of reasons to have both. I use KDE and find Konqueror to be painfully slow when I'm using a browser inside of X. Mozilla is actually quick. The only thing I have trouble with is getting plug-ins configured since the X version of Mozilla seems to have none, and I can't quite tell how they would be set up.
