When I install/update libnet-pm the following shoots bye. I don't
know where the settings are stored. I need to change one or all, as
I think I can skip these tests without consquence. Currently, I have
one test that fails. So when I get this

t/nntp........FAILED test 3
        Failed 1/4 tests, 75.00% okay

It is enough to kill the update and I need to change the options but
I've no idea where they are stored -- presumably in some Fink or
CPAN setting. If I could even find the option that would make the
scripts interactive and remember my changes I'd be alright.

Do you want me to perform hostname lookups (y|n) ? [yes]

The following questions all require a list of host names, separated
with spaces. If you do not have a host available for any of the
services, then enter a single space, followed by <CR>. To accept the
default, hit <CR>

Enter a list of available NNTP hosts : []
Enter a list of available SMTP hosts : [ssimr.com]
