I found I have applesystemfonts installed on my TiBook, so I
installed mozilla-browser-xft2 there as well, and...I have
fonts, found a very usable one (Kai) for Serif too.  But I
probably don't have all the fonts I should have, so I think
I have still missed setting up something to do with my fonts
under X.

No matter, it works.  Sort of.  Probably there are also bugs
in mozilla's font handling too, particularly the rather
random ways the menu fonts change when you change the font
config options.  It _is_ beta software, of course, but I
don't think I understand the problems well enough to report
any bugs for the moment.
