[Fink-users] Conflicts with panther, apple X11 and xfree86-shlibs

I am trying to install various packages with a script that is bundled 
with the X11 Extension software and am getting the following repeating 
errors noting a conflict with xfree86-shlibs. Specifically, the message 
is as follows:

Sorry, but the following packages have unmet dependencies:
  xfree86-shlibs: Conflicts: xfree86-base-threaded-shlibs
                  Conflicts: system-xfree86 but 2:4.3-1 is to be 
installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt-get -f install' with no packages (or 
specify a solution).

I have system 10.3.1 with Apple X11 SDK and Apple X11 with Fink 0.6.2 
installed on my machine. On the fink side I have system-xfree86 2:4.3-1 
installed, as well as, xfree86-shlibs 4.3.0-1. xfree86-base-threaded, 
xfree86-base-threaded-shlibs, and xfree86-rootless-threaded-shlibs are 
all in "archive" status as noted in finkcommander version 0.5.1
