I'm not sure that any version works yet, and the package database looks like it's being updated, so I can't tell right now--the number should be like 4.3.0-14, though (it's in the mid-teens, anyway); there's also 4.3.99 in unstable.
The problem was that xfree86-4.3.0-1-shlibs wasn't set up not to overwrite existing X11 files, and can be installed when system-xfree86 is installed. The problem is twofold: you can wind up mixing versions of libraries and executables (though for 10.3 both the xfree86 package and Apple's X11 are based on XFree86-4.3, so things may not be so nasty); and the package dependency engine gets fouled up, because all later versions of xfree86-shlibs won't install over system-xfree86.
