wtf? Any ideas? This has been a problem for several months now, and even drove me so far as to install Yellow Dog Linux on my powerbook, so I could use the linux apps i needed to.
My specs are: os 10.3.2, latest fink (both binary installation and source compiling tried), updated through rsync, using the unstable tree, with xtools 1.1 and Apple X11 installed.
