[Fink-users] Where has system-xfree86 gone ?

I belong to the people to who fink keeps asking to install Xfree86 
while the Apple X11 is installed. I tried all the procedures 
recommended on the Fink FAQ and on this list (like removing all X11 and 
Xfree's, reinstalling, install first X11 then the SDK, then SDK before 
X11 etc.) nothing helps.

After the last time I tried this I noticed that Fink does not find any 
more the package system-xfree. I tried via command line, with fink 
commander, no system-xfree86 around any more.

Is there a workaround for this ? Will there be a successor package to 
the system-xfree86 ?
