I have recently installed Xfree and gnome bundle on my 10.3.3 Powerbook. Things apear to be functioning normally except for persistant error about the mixer applet not loading at startup. I have started to see XDarwin (running gnome full screen) crashing at some interval after it has been started and backgrounded. As far as I know I have the latest fink builds of everything. I am also seeing the following in syslog...
