I gather that the program was being required to install Quickstart.txt, but there is no such file in the package. I did not see any error messages anywhere in build log above this. There were innumerable warnings about there not being a dynamic library (libMagick.6.dylib), but the program found the static library it needed and compiled everything. I assume the Quickstart problem is something the maintainer let through one way or the other. If not, please let me know if I need to change anything in my setup. Thanks.
I believe that the Quickstart.txt file was present in earlier versions of ImageMagick, but is no longer included in the source tarball. Your assumption is correct.
