If you do have one (meaning that 2.9.1-13 shows up with a 'b'), then you should be able to use "fink install unison-2.9.1-13"

You can always install the deb file directly using dpkg:

  sudo dpkg -i /complete/path/to/unison_2.9.1-13_darwin-powerpc.deb
