Well, I specifically _asked_ one of the core developers about this
before putting it on the website, so if it's a "bug" it's something
that has never occurred before.

The manual fix isn't too terrible:

Change "10.3" to "10.4-transitional" in fink.conf and
/sw/etc/apt/sources.list wherever it appears.

Then try a "fink selfupdate" or "apt-get update".
