If your question is about the arb package in Fink, then it seems to me
that at least it builds on Intel, because I can see it in the
soon-to-be-released binary distribution. You can help testing it if you
are able to do what David Morrison suggests in his message "10.4 bindist
ready for testing" on the fink-devel list dated March 28.
