The patch `dvipsk-TL2010-fix.diff' seems to cause the problem.
Please try:

$ sudo perl -pi -e "s|(patch -d texlive/texk/dvipsk)|#\1|" 
/PREFIX/fink/dists/unstable/main/finkinfo/text/texlive.info
$ fink rebuild texlive


If it works, please let us know. I couldn't access the cvs repository
currently, but I will commit the change when available.

FYI: dvipsk-TL2010-fix.diff includes the current TeX Live's
sources, so it may a bug in upstream.
