I have netcdf7-gfortran installed under fink. Usually when you build netcdf4, it create a netcdf-config file (or some such name) that gives you the information you need to link to the libraries properly. I can'y find that. It is probably somewhere, but I am old and blind and can't find it (I don't see it in either /sw/bin or /sw/sbin.
