Is there a particular reason that you don't want to install
Xcode 4.5.1 from the App Store? Remember that you will need to
launch the Xcode.app and install the Comamnd Line Tools from
the Preferences dialog (accessed from the Xcode->Perferences..
menu item). You will also need to execute...
sudo xcode-select -switch /path/to/Xcode.app
which typically should be /Applications/Xcode.app for the path.
If you have Xcode 4.5.1 properly installed you should see...
[MacBookPro:~] howarth% xcodebuild -version
Xcode 4.5.1
Build version 4G1004
and for the CLI...
[MacBookPro:~] howarth% /usr/bin/clang -v
Apple clang version 4.1 (tags/Apple/clang-421.11.66) (based on LLVM 3.1svn)
Target: x86_64-apple-darwin11.4.2
Thread model: posix
If you have been hacking the gcc45.info please remove it and use 'fink
selfupdate'
to have the file restored to the original state.
