Some possibilities include:

1)  The change to the .info file isn't yet incorporated into the stored
cache which fink actually uses.  Try "fink index -f" to rebuild the cache.

2)  Use "fink dumpinfo -finfofile imagemagick" to make sure that the
file you are expecting is the one that is being used.
