The latter "Provides:" statement seems a bit incorrect: shouldn't it be 
imagemagick2-dev?

The statements "(%type_raw[-nox] = .)" evaluate presumingly to TRUE in the case 
of building the X client software, while in the "nox" case I should better use

        (%type_raw[-nox] = nox)?

Instead the same is "." is used in the imagemagick-nox.info file, which then 
evaluates to FALSE. This way Fink seems to enter a conflict…
