Simplify things. Your fink command is calling for multiple packages and 
'additional packages' are not installed at the very beginning of the 
build queue but when needed.

Firstly, since these are locally modified packages, we can't know what 
changes you have made.

Second, try to install just 'imagemagick-nox' and see if that asks for 
libopenexr6.

You can see what packages are on imagemagick-nox 's BuildDepends list 
with this command:

fink dumpinfo -fbuilddepends imagemagick-nox

If libopenexr6 is not on it, Alexander's points from his last message 
should help tell you why imagemagick-nox is not seeing libopenexr6 (fink 
index -f and fink dumpinfo -finfofile).
