After upgrading to bash-completion-2.1-2, fink related executables no longer have tab-completion working. cvs tab-completion is also no longer working, so this might be a more general problem with the bash-completion update. Locally downgrading to the 1.3 deb makes bash-completion work again. The failures happen after opening a new Terminal window after changing the installed b-c version.
This is on OS X 10.7 with fink bash 4.3.18.
