Hi,
try cd "Application Support"
Alternatively, you could start typing the name of the folder and then
press the tab key and the shell will attempt to auto-complete the name
for you. I find that if you have to traverse a file system path with a
lot of directories with spaces in them then it is just easier to enclose
everything in quotations.
