  I see many, many employees (of the airport, airlines, contractors) who
don't seem to go through the same screening as do the passengers.  If
one of them brings in a gun for you, and gives it to you after you pass
screening and before you board the airplane - then are you ok as long as
you don't conceal it?  Or if you have it in your carryon and it doesn't
get detected?

P.S. Surely the "No firearms, ..." signs that are found throughout
airports have some regulatory or statutory basis?
