When I taught legal research, this was one of the trick questions.  I would 
find a law that had been made unconstitutional by a decision about another law. 
 Term limits for Congress, for example.  Not an exam question but a homework 
question.  

I haven't check to see how KeyCite and Shepards handle those now, but it is 
usually possible to find one which is not clear.

I never actually checked but I was reliably informed that some of the slavery 
related laws were not removed until the 1970s.
