I was close to uninstall and forget about interbase. That's why I insist on having as
descriptive as possible error message when something gone a bit wrong during installation.
Since then you and Firebird grown up a bit. You become to be able to fix installation
process so it never go wrong. Firebird shifted aim to enterprice market with higher DBA
entry level.
If by default SRP is not initialized then by default it must not be in list of auth
plugins and vice versa if it is in the default list, it must be always ready to work.
ie one gets:
Your user name and password are not defined. Ask your database administrator to
set up a Firebird login.
Install incomplete, please read the Compatibility chapter in the release notes
for this version
That's possible on my mind.
But still SRP plugin should not block plugins' chain if it hasn't found its structures.
Other auth plugins also should take a chance.
