Done; and there was no link on the site, that was for Appveyor.
I've also contacted Travis for OSS credits, because by default we're on
a free plan, and that free plan is not sufficient for the Firebird build
(especially the macOS builds are 'expensive' in terms of credits).
I was able to get extra credits from Travis CI, but maybe we should do
what Dimitry suggested, and migrate to GitHub Actions.
They granted us 25K extra credits, and I need to contact them again when
we run out, while a quick calculation suggests we need 200K or more
credits per month (each macOS build costs +/- 750 credits, and we run 2
of those per commit, while the Linux builds are only around 50 - 100
credits).
