https://github.com/FirebirdSQL/firebird currently uses travis-ci.org for the build, but this must be migrated to travis-ci.com, as travis-ci.org will shutdown soon.

Any objections if I perform this migration? (Should be just a few clicks, and changing the README.md and a link on the website.)

Done; and there was no link on the site, that was for Appveyor.

I've also contacted Travis for OSS credits, because by default we're on a free plan, and that free plan is not sufficient for the Firebird build (especially the macOS builds are 'expensive' in terms of credits).

I was able to get extra credits from Travis CI, but maybe we should do what Dimitry suggested, and migrate to GitHub Actions.

They granted us 25K extra credits, and I need to contact them again when we run out, while a quick calculation suggests we need 200K or more credits per month (each macOS build costs +/- 750 credits, and we run 2 of those per commit, while the Linux builds are only around 50 - 100 credits).
