First Generation Firebird-L Mailing List ......................................................................... Hello all. I'm tiring to crank my bird for the first time since I put all new timing chain, water pump, intake & an eldelbrock 1406 carb. The problem I'm having is that it keeps back firing or blowing the gas out of the carb. It also has new plugs & wires.
