The biggest problem I see is that the windshield is an inch or two smaller
than a hardtop.( at least in 69)

Perhaps a hair brain idea but has anyone converted their coupe to a
convertible? I rounded up the convertible parts in the CI catalogue using
kits where possible and it looks like it's about $3600. My roof is a
little warped (I think it's fixable) from an overambitious sandblaster
that couldn't follow directions so it's got me thinking about this. Any
advice?
