Mine is running 750 carters with a thin 1 1/2 in or so breather and it just does touch when the hood is closed. Maybe its just my car but its to close for me. I am sure the first time I romp it , it would bend the cleaner for sure. If you buy one, good luck on yours is all I can tell you. Mine is not going to work. Daniel Ray
