I filled mine with molten aluminum. Used an old piston, melted it and poured it 
in. You use tin foil and sos pad to keep the aluminum from filling into the 
exhaust port. This can't be done on the car. A lot of guys will tell you to 
just use a block plate but this does nothing for separating the center exhuast 
ports from each other.
