Another clearance issue to check is the push rods. You may need to oval out the round passage ways in the heads to have the necessary clearance. I preped mine this way since I was unsure at the time which rocker ratio I would go with. SPeaking of engines, I got my crank back tonight. I'm ready to put it together.
