Thanks Lee. I spent some time on-line and found the information. You simply use 
the indent from the factory to start the hole. It's located pretty much center 
between the lower and upper hinges. Since the doors are already on, I'll need 
to use a 90* die grinder. CI sells the factory boots but the power window kit 
just recommends drilling a 1/2" hole and using simple after market wire 
grommets (round with a hole like a donut as opposed to the more complex factory 
boot. You're right, they are different on each side, i.e. the driver's will 
require a larger hole or a grommet with a larger hole since there are more 
wires that have to go through from the 4-way switch on the driver's side than 
the single switch on the passenger's. I read that the wiring kit is suppose to 
come with the grommets. Mine didn't, off to Kragen.
