It should work yes, check it for length against the old one Sheen, then use the 
heat on the larger and cold on the lower one to  get it together and a mallet 
to persuade it to play nicely. 

Be aware most  chrome stuff like valve covers, timing chain covers etc, etc, 
leak oil.  I say stick with the original ones.
