How are your body gaps? I found that with the repo doors you couldn't get a uniform gap throughout the lines of the door. the top portion of the door was way too large and the gaps were really tight on both the front and back edges, and the bottom had WAY too much gap at the bottom. So I would have had to cut the top and put in new metal in the bottom.

I just replaced my passenger door with a new one I got from Frank's Pontiac
Parts (http://www.frankspontiacparts.com/).  I had a hard time swallowing
the shipping charges, but it fits like a glove.  I think it cost me the
better part of $500.00 total.
