First Generation Firebird-L Mailing List ......................................................................... I've asked myself the same question many times. I see the guys on TV (Overhaulin', Musclecar, HorsePower) installing complete engines, with the tranny attached, and I just hold my breath until they get the thing on the mounts. Personally, I'm just not comfortable with it, but I tend to be a bit overcautious anyway. Anyone going to be at the Food Lion Auto Fair this weekend @ Lowes Motor Speedway in Charlotte/Concord? I'm taking the day off work on Friday so I can spend the day. My car isn't anywhere near ready for the road but maybe I'll run across a deal or two on parts or accessories. First Generation Firebird-L Mailing List ......................................................................... Can I interrupt this thread with a stupid question? How is it that those four tiny little bolts threaded into an aluminum intake can support the entire weight of an engine? Can you use one with the transmission attached?
