I used a set of aftermarket chrome covers and they were a PITA to keep
from leaking. The metal was thin and the chrome did not want to seal
using normal gaskets. I tried cork, rubber and finally just used
silicone to seal them to the heads. I purchased a set of PONTIAC
aluminum ones last year from the dealer. I believe
www.gmpartsdirect.com also sells them. They look great and sealed
perfect with no leaks. They do not have a baffle and so far I see no
need for one.

Of course you can always just get your original covers re-chromed for
that original look.
