I also have a 67 400. I have 16" torque thrust wheels so I can't comment on how they would look with the 15" wheels. I can tell you the I change from a set of springs that had 2 coils collapsed and touching each other to a set of stock coils from eaton springs. My rear springs are new mono leafs from eaton. With the stock springs from eaton the car had a significant nose up attitude that I didn't like. So I got a set of Hotkis 2" lowering springs. The car now looks great in my opinion. The front of the rocker panel pinch weld is 3/4" lower than the rear of the rocker pinch weld. The rear measurement is at factory height. The bigest change is the change in ride quality. it is much better.
