First Generation Firebird-L Mailing List ......................................................................... These weren't on the '67 326s (no a/c) were they? As far as I know, they were never on mine (at least back to 1970)...but then again I've had some interesting surprises along the way.
BTW, I drove the car from Huntsville, Alabama to Los Angeles back in early October. All was fine until I got to Oklahoma and it started to rain...discovered the wipers didn't work. I was surprised that the engine never overheated...even in the Mojave desert where it was 110 degrees in Needles, California. It got a lot of head-turns and attention from the truckers...
