I did this, like, 15 years ago easy... I watched a video from Alston racing and they went through the whole thing. Honestly, I don't remember what I had in the first place, but the gains were impressive and it was super easy. I bought the shims from summit, and, at the time, there was not a huge selection, like one or two sizes..
