.........................................................................

My driver's door and fender hit with the door half open. They touch at the
corner of the curve on top of the door. The gap looks fine at the top but is
HUGE down at the bottom. It almost appears that my radiator support is sitting
too high and causing this angle. I have new rad support bushings and I'm
wondering if they may be out of spec, i.e. too thick. Also, my fender is pulled
all the way forward so there is no more adjustment to get it further away from
the door. My door to quarter panel gap is extremely tight so no pulling the
door back either. I grinded out a little arc on the under side of the fender
where they were touching. This helped get the door open a bit further but still
can't get open all the way without touching. Also, the HUGE gap at the bottom
remains. Has anyone ran into this problem?

The passenger door doesn't come anywhere near hitting the fender near the top
of the door. It's almost like the hinge has a completley different arc and
swings it out with plenty of room not to hit. However, the passenger side has
the same larger gap at the bottom. I was able to muscle the bottom of the
fender back towards the door to close the gap but this supports the idea that
the rad support may be sitting too high.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Sheen
