That depends... Self-etching primer has acids in the solvents, If you let them dry COMPLETELY, so there is no solvent trapped under the topcoats, you should be OK. If there is any solvent trapped under your topcoat it can cause the paint to fail. (They are not recommended for use under any Epoxy topcoat, as Epoxy is an airtight barrier.)
