Mace, If you have good paint on the car, I would remove the fender. There are bolts on the bottom of the heater box that are a real hump to get at with the fender on. Ask me how I know ;0. I did mine last winter and it was much easier with the fender off. My 2 cents. Has anyone successfully removed the passenger wheel well without taking the fender off? I have a buddy that owns a body shop and he wants to try to do this without removing the fender.
