I have '68 Pearl Parchment deluxe interior. The panels and trim are the
same style as in Jim's photo. The Paddock part looks like it might fit
the contour just above the pull handle, but I've never see one mounted
there.

Here's a Custom interior '68 door panel. Don't know of a "hockey stick".
Although I replaced my originals 20+ years ago, this is identical. (I have the cracked
originals in the basement.)
