Hi,

Currently the Dutch translation for the Headers subpage for requests
is as follows:

Request headers: Kopteksten opvragen
Response headers: Respons kopteksten
Response: Respons

What is wrong with this translation is:

1. ‘Kopteksten’ is not the correct translation for headers (a koptekst
is a typographical thing). Wikipedia suggests ‘hoofding’ instead, but
I’ve never heard of this term, so I am not sure it is in common use. I
would just recommend to use the English term ‘headers’.

2. The translation of ‘request headers’ should not be ‘kopteksten
opvragen’ but rather something like ‘kopteksten verzoek’; the current
translation means ‘requesting headers’ instead of ‘headers of the
request’, which is wrong.

3. ‘Opvraag’ and ‘respons’ aren’t good translations; afaik, ‘respons’
is not even a Dutch word. My suggestion would be to use ‘verzoek’ and
‘antwoord’ instead.

So the above translations would then become:

Request headers:
- Headers verzoek
- Hoofding verzoek

Response headers:
- Headers antwoord
- Hoofding antwoord

Response:
- Antwoord

While I’m commenting on the translation anyway, a few more
corrections:

JavaScript fouten tonen
→ JavaScript-fouten tonen

JavaScript waarschuwingen tonen
→ JavaScript-waarschuwing tonen

CSS fouten tonen
→ CSS-fouten tonen

XML fouten tonen
→ XML-fouten tonen

Verversen
→ Vernieuwen

If there is currently no Dutch translator working on Firebug (I
noticed quite some English strings), I volunteer to correct/expand the
translation myself if you can point me to the correct place to do
that.

Regards,

Laurens Holst
