I've noticed a lot of the issues Andrew speaks of. The one that disrupts my efficiency the most is the jumping to line 1 as I'm stepping through code. I first noticed this bug when I upgraded from 1.2 to 1.3 beta. I switched back to 1.2 and didn't have the problem. I'm now at the stable 1.3 and I'm noticing it a lot again. I don't have a particular script that will consistently reproduce it.
