I'm in the same boat, I'm seeing these problems sporadically. It is hard to build a test case because our app has ~ 20,000 lines of javascript and I'm not allowed to show the code outside of our firewall. Wish I could help out more, but separating this down to a bare minimum test case would be quite difficult.
